Handmade products are made to order , dispatch time is 12-15 days , shipping takes 4-7 days

We do not accept returns/exchange

PLEASE OPEN YOUR PACKAGE WITHIN TWO DAYS OF DELIVERY

Incase the customer receives a damaged product , we are happy to exchange it .

In order to exchange any damaged goods we require a complete unboxing video showing the customer opening the package completely without any cuts in the video.

 Please open your package within two days of delivery and contact us within the return time frame with the video . Any later requests will not be accepted .
